About the Role

Are you passionate about a career in a Contracts space? Come to help us shape the future of our Contracts Centre Team! Within the Contracts function, the Contracts Centre is globally responsible for Contracts Excellence, Processes and Tools, and Knowledge Management. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills and gain experience around all these three topics, with a clear focus on data analysis. You will work closely with our specialists and have the opportunity to shape your role.



Examples of tasks that are expected from you:

• Analyse Contracts' data using tools such as PowerBi, Document Search, OneDoc, BPM/Wire, Contract Editor
• Own the Contracts KPI Scorecard and drive Contracts Stargate metrics
• Gather and define process improvements • Support activities linked to Contracts quality
• Ensure easy access to Contracts content through our SharePoint and be responsible for SharePoint maintenance
• Perform spot checks and troubleshooting of our Contracts databases, tools and best practice guidance
• Contribute to our technology transformation journey by supporting the improvement of our Contract management IT infrastructure through testing participation (e.g. Wording Insights)
• Support with planning and execution of ad hoc projects and reports

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

About You

• Experience in Business Services – Business Operations strongly encouraged
• Experience in supporting projects requiring coordination of partners
• Comfortable with tools and systems such as PowerBi, Wire/BPM, OneDoc, Document Search, Wording Insights (Stargate is a plus)
• Good influencing skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Teammate, capable of building cooperative relationships with partners
• Curiosity about Reinsurance and Insurance Contracts topics and an eagerness to learn
• Proficiency in English is a must
