We are currently looking for a Payment Processing Specialist to handle day-to-day payment transactions with a high level of accuracy. Our work involves back-end payment processing, where attention to detail and analysis of international banking operations is crucial. Job responsibilities:
- Handling high volumes of payment transactions for multiple European countries, ensuring that each payment is processed correctly and in compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies
- Processing confidential data with high responsibility and preciseness
- Investigating and resolving payment-related issues in a timely and effective manner, while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Identifying and correcting any payment-related issues or errors to ensure accurate and complete payment processing
- Work closely with our teams to ensure accurate and timely payment processing within agreed Cut of Times
- Communication with clients from different branches within ING International Network and Head Office
- Monitor and control processed data to ensure accuracy within systems
- Encouraging the team to regularly discuss and share ideas on how to improve the delivery of contracted services to clients by brainstorming potential solutions to any problems or challenges that arise
- Working in an agile manner on a daily basis, collaborating with team members to prioritize and complete tasks effectively
- Manage workload using internal tools,
- Become proficient in all aspects of Supplier platform application,
- Perform other duties as assigned by line manager,
- Identify and drive efficiency in the qualification process and process improvements on an ongoing basis.
