Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a HR Manager, you’ll play a crucial role within our organization in ensuring smooth operations related to Human Resources and Payroll as well.

Here are the key aspects of this role you will be responsible for:

Payroll

Processing payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions

Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations and salary adjustments

Preparing and maintaining accurate records and reports of payroll transactions

Managing and resolving issues relating to payroll production or reporting

Conducting regular payroll audits to ensure the integrity of the payroll system

Communicating effectively with employees and management to address payroll-related inquiries

Collaborating with Human Resources and payroll team to facilitate smooth payroll processing

Overseeing the entire payroll process, including collecting and verifying timesheets, calculating wages and ensuring timely payments to employees

Staying up-to-date with labour laws, tax regulations, and other compliance requirement

Coordinating with auditors during payroll tax audits and ensuring all necessary documentation is available

Managing payroll software and coordinating system upgrades

Coaching and supervising payroll team

Human Resources

Partnering closely with the Country Head of HR to support preparing and executing HR strategy aligned to business objectives, support in leading projects and implementing people processes necessary for proper functioning of the organization and facilitation of its further growth in order to secure the alignment of HR actions with business strategy and goals

Supporting employee growth through training programs and professional development opportunities, identifying relevant tools and interventions to react to organizational and employee developmental needs

Securing smooth onboarding & integration process of new employees

Assisting in performance evaluations, promotions and disciplinary actions if needed

Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) for managing employee data

Providing guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, such as policies, legal relations matters, etc

Working closely with accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting

Developing and improving HR standards, preparing internal regulations and policies

Ensuring compliance with labour law and other related regulations

Assisting in employee care, benefits and volunteering activities

Perform other payroll and HR related duties as required by the Country Head of HR

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

Human resources (preferably) or related fields.

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

- Knowledge of HR strategy & Business processes - Skillful
- MS Office - advanced level (especially Excel) - Skillful

Driving licence

Experience in the position/sector

5+ years’ experience in positions such as HR Manager and/or (Senior) HR Business Partner
