The job responsibilities primarily include:
- Conduct ongoing research and stay updated on trends within the Slovak Real Estate Market.
- Prepare detailed reports on shopping centers, office buildings, and industrial properties, following guidance from senior colleagues.
- Develop market studies, feasibility studies, and other documents with oversight from senior colleagues.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Handle back office tasks, including the preparation of contracts and proposals, with precision.
- Travel across Slovakia and inspect various properties, including shopping centers, office buildings, industrial halls, and land plots, to gather firsthand data.
- Participate in market events, contributing to the promotion of the Cushman & Wakefield brand within Slovakia.
