What will your responsibilities be?
• Responsible to follow processes, report logs and e-files related vendors.
• Works closely with internal customers to resolve issues with forms and requests for a change of supplier's data or prices in SAP or other ERP systems.
• During audits, responsible for correct data.
• Provides backup coverage for colleagues in their absence.
• Works with material, which may be confidential or important in nature.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Cooperation with other departments like Finance, Accounts Payable, HR,+A55 Direct Purchasing, Indirect Purchasing etc.
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
• Degree in business administration or adequate professional experience
• Will to learn and solve problems usually raised by internal customers
• Strong Accounting background and accuracy
• MS-Office, SAP experience
• English – fluent
